Ouigi Theodore on being sent to another district for a better education (Part 2)

Ouigi Theodore, Creative Director of The Brooklyn Circus, was sent to a school in another district in NYC for a better education that specialized in teaching students who spoke Spanish and/or French. Many instructors were either Haitian or Latino, providing a unique experience and discipline.
