BET Hip-Hop Awards Green Carpet 2018 RECAP

The taping of the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards went down Saturday night (Oct. 6) at The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach, Fl, and the stars were definitely out for the annual event.You ’ll have to wait until the award show airs tonight (Oct. 16 (8 p.m. ET/PT) to see who won all the awards but leading all nominees this year is Drake with 11, while Cardi B isn't too far behind with 10 nods.The show featured performances from YG, Lil Baby and Gunna, T.I., comedian Lil Duval and more. Lil Wayne, who recently released his highly-anticipated new Tha Carter V album, was on hand and was honored with the I Am Hip Hop Award.We were honored to be one of the media outlets covering the Hip-Hop Awards “Green Carpet” for a second consecutive year.
